Āyurveda - Therapeutic mechanisms

The velocity and effectiveness of Āyurvedic treatments are proportional to the patient's compliance options.

Patient compliance is itself determined by:

- the quality of the relationship and its communication with the doctor,
- the degree of intellectual and sensitive understanding of the patient of the etiology of his pathology and the healing process,
- the relevance of the doctor's recommendations.

Thus the dialogue with the Ayurvedic doctor is the first of the patient's remedies.

Having understood the mechanisms of functioning of his body and his mind, the patient can continue to learn through the experimental and the practice. Little by little, these experiences will enable him to:

- See the realization of all the principles learned,
- strengthen your confidence,
- To gain autonomy.

Thus, each consultation aims to enable patients to:

- to acquire, understand, know and recognize, health behaviors
- to learn how to master the tools of self-diagnosis
- to progress on the path of medical autonomy

-> So the patient can gradually gain freedom and mastery of body and mind.

Traditional Āyurveda is the medicine that makes it possible to acquire the deepest, the largest and the most durable somatic and psychic autonomies.
